When Does It End!?
Okay, this banging into the back of Editormum’s car has got to stop. Do all you reckless fiends in Memphis hear that? GOT TO STOP!
I was out with my mom on Saturday. Last stop of the day as we were getting items for the Birthday Bash on Sunday. I’ve loaded our purchases into the back of the SUV. I pull out of the parking spot. I stop to switch into drive and whump! A guy parked on the opposite side of the parking lane has pulled out into my rear bumper. What is it with the taillights of my cars that people want to smash them?!
The guy said, flat out, that it was all his fault, he was terribly sorry, he hadn’t even looked when he pulled out. Which is fine, as I’m sure his insurance will fix my busted bumper. But, that doesn’t change the fact that this is the third time in 16 months that someone has smashed the back-end of my vehicle. I’m beginning to get a bit paranoid.

Jinxed car? Maybe your car has a secret evil crash magnet embedded in the bumper…or…maybe… it’s a conspiracy…wooooo!
Nah. it’s gotta be me. Coz after the first car got hit three times within a year, I sold that sucker (to my coworker, who hasn’t had any crashes at all in it.), and bought my brother’s CRV. He’d never had a problem with it.
I must have some “crash magnet” attached to me, somehow.
