These are a few of my favourite things …

FOOD

Harney and Sons Hot Cinnamon Sunset Tea: a lovely, strong black tea with a full-bodied cinnamon flavour.

Mighty Leaf African Nectar organic rooibos tea: naturally caffeine-free red bush tea with a delicate floral aroma and a smooth, refreshing taste.

Valor Sugar-Free Dark Chocolate: absolutely fabulous sugar-free chocolate, wonderful for cooking and just eating out of hand.

BATH AND BODY

Perlier Lavender Hand Cream: a light, quick-absorbing  moisturizing cream with a pleasant, not too sweet fragrance.

Asquith and Somerset Grapefruit and Orange bath products: Talk about your intense citrus fragrance! I love the sugar scrub, the all-body moisturizer, and the hand lotion. And I’ve had a bar of the soap in my bureau for two years, and it still smells divine.

Depth Mangrove Citrus Hand and Body Lotion: I think the fragrance of this wonderful, natural moisturizer is just amazing.

Dr. Teal’s Lavender Epsom Salts: Those who know me well know that a long, hot bath is one of my favourite things. And Dr. Teal’s lavender epsom salts makes that long, hot bath even better.

Method Lavender soaps: good, green clean with a pleasant, light scent

Dr. Bronner’s Tea Tree Castile Soap: mild enough to use as shampoo, strong enough to clean thoroughly. Smells funny, but helps heal cuts and sores quickly. Awesome for my acne issues.
