Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!
I found a new sleep aid that seems very helpful. I was shopping for groceries the other day, and I went to the produce cooler for some pomegranate juice. There was a new product on the shelf — cherry juice. Pure. No water, no sugar, just the juice. Cool! So I bought some. When I got it home, I read on the label that it was high in melatonin, so I decided to drink some before bed to see if it would help me get to sleep and stay that way. It did! I slept like a rock — dead to the world — until my second alarm went off at 6:30! Add that to my list of juices I will make room for in my low-carb diet.
Now, I am off to drink my cherry juice and get ready for bed. I am very sleepy tonight.

I drank about 6 oz. It’s “Tart Is Smart” brand, and it comes in 12 oz. bottles. It’s supposed to be one bottle = one serving, but I’m low-carbing and there’s 44g of carbs in 12 oz! So I cut it in half. If you are not counting carbs and could drink the whole bottle, you would probably get even better results than I did.
