Still Maintaining…

I don’t weigh in officially until Tuesday evening; unofficially, I weigh in on Sunday mornings. My home scale is not utterly reliable, so I weigh in officially once a month when I visit my chiropractor. But I weigh in once a week on my home scale so I can keep track. By looking at the difference between my official weight and the weight taken the Sunday before, I can figure out about how far off my home scale is, and keep up pretty well with how I’m doing in the weight sector.

Even without the weight factor, I know that I am doing well and more than maintaining my progress. I cannot wear any of my 18s anymore; they fall off of me. I am solidly into my 16s, and can even wear some of my 14s. Size XL is also becoming a bit too big, and I’m dropping into L. That’s encouraging.

I’m still eating mostly soup and raw vegetables. I’ve had only a few meat meals in the last couple of weeks. I just crave vegetables. I’m not going to complain about that!

I’m planning to start exercising again on Monday morning. I’ve been getting to bed too late this week to get up at 5 and work out. My goal for this weekend is to be in bed by 9 every night.
