Lemonade Diet Update
I’m now on day 17, and doing well. Still burning lots of fat, as evidenced by the purple urinalysis strips and the 20 pound weight-loss.
Yeah, you read that right. I now weigh 185 instead of 205. That’s a tremendous improvement. I’ve also lost almost two clothing sizes: my 18s are now way to big, my 16s are slightly too big, and my 14s are slightly snug. Another few days and I will be wearing 14s for the first time in about 6 years.
In addition, I am noticing funny little things. Like, my skin is more supple and my eczema is almost gone. The blackheads in my T-zone are almost completely gone. My sense of smell is amazingly acute. And my nails are growing like wildfire.
I’m hoping to start exercising again this week, once I get the living room clear and clean. I expect there will be a slight stall, or even a gain, as I start building muscle again. But I’m prepared for that. So it won’t throw me.
It has been an interesting journey. On Wednesday, I will be halfway to my goal. It will be interesting to see where the rest of the trip takes me.
