Lots of Stuff Happening
So I haven’t had time to blog. Plus, when I moved my computer home last week, it refused to talk to the internet. So I had to wait to get online until my darling baby brother (who’s 26 and a genius) could come and make it work for me. He’s such a sweetheart!
Let’s see. Last week I fired my divorce lawyer and hired a new one. I moved back to my house, though we aren’t unpacked or fully “in” yet — a lot of our stuff is still in storage. I resigned from my board position in the professional organization. I finally got over the two-week bout of laryngitis.
So we’re unpacking, finishing up the insurance paperwork, working on the new divorce lawyer’s list of stuff she needs, trying to come up with her retaining fee, and keeping up with life as usual, which includes a full-time job, church on Wednesday night and Sunday morning, and homeschooling the kidlets.
It’s a crazy old life! (but it’s better than the alternative!)
