The Week Is Nearly Over … and so Is the Year
This is the last work-day of 2004. Our office is closed tomorrow to observe our New Year’s Day holiday.
I have a lot to do today at the office, and there is the office holiday party that was held over from last week. It’s going to be a busy day. But then I have a three-day weekend. I’m hoping to get a lot done at home on Friday and Saturday, and then I can loll around on Sunday with a clear conscience. I do have to practise for my solo this Sunday … I’m singing in church again, and the accompanist and flautist and I need to coordinate. We’re going to meet at my mother’s house tomorrow and then go out to lunch together.
I’m mulling over my goals for the new year … call them resolutions, if you like, but they really are more goals than anything else. Each will have to be broken down into steps and will have to be meticulously planned. I’ll post the list when I am sure that I have exactly what I want.
