Below 180 for the First Time in 8 Years!
Yep, you read that right.
I finished another 10-day stint of the Lemonade Diet/Master Cleanse, and I lost another 10 pounds. I now weigh 172. When I started my “get it together and get the weight off” kick back in February, I weighed 210. That’s 38 pounds in three months, folks!
I took all of my 24s, 22s, and 20s, and almost all of my 18s to the consignment shop the other day. That was a good feeling. I’m solidly into 16s now, and even a couple of my 14s fit.
I’m now easing myself back into low-carb … after 10 days of fasting, you can’t just start eating steak and cream cheese again; you have to start with raw and lightly cooked veggies and work fats and concentrated proteins back into your diet gradually.
I fully expect to be a size 10 by Christmas.
