All the Kits Are Here…
So I’m ready to begin this radical approach getting this weight off. I will do the colon cleanse this weekend. Then I’m gearing up for two weeks of low carb before I go on a 10 to 20 day cleansing fast.
I’ve got to get a lot of stuff out of the house, and I need to get some fresh veggies and stuff ready for the low-carb weeks. I have plenty of meat on hand, but fresh veggies can’t be frozen. Unless they are made into soup first.
That’s something I do want to do. Make large batches of three or four different kinds of soups, and get them safely in the freezer. I can’t use the canned ones anymore because of the MSG. I am NOT risking another migraine.
But soup has been a wonderful breakfast choice, because I can put it in the pot, turn the gas on low, and leave it while I shower, make my bed, lay out my clothes, and take my meds. By the time I’m ready to eat, it’s nicely hot, and one to two cups of thick and chunky soup seems to last me until lunch-time. I’ve noticed since doing the soup breakfasts that I don’t even really get the munchies in the morning any more, and I actually feel hunger pangs starting around 11:45 — which is perfect. (I have some weird disorder where I don’t usually feel hunger pains, so this is a new sensation to me. And it makes me happy!)
