Craving Peanut M&Ms
I don’t know what this is about, and these little suckers are definitely not low-carb, but I can’t stop eating peanut M&Ms. I usually don’t like them. At all. But for the last few weeks, they have been my most-wanted snack.
I’ll be glad when this passes; although, with all of the things I’m doing lately (taking walks with the kids, scraping wallpaper, etc), I’m definitely burning off the extra 250 t0 500 calories a day. Maybe all the extra activity is what’s fueling the cravings.
In any case, it’s not as bad as it could be. At least the peanut M&Ms have some protein in them to offset the incredible amount of sugar — not a lot, but some. If I were craving regular M&Ms or Nutty Bars or Oatmeal Cream Pies, that would be worse.
